• Social data: if you connect Instagram, we may retrieve your follower count and basic public profile data via official APIs, with your consent.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate the marketplace, match Brands with Creators, and facilitate collaborations.
• To process payments and pay out Creators.
• To communicate with you about your account, offers, and deals.
• To maintain safety, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms.
• To improve and develop the Platform.

3. Payment Data

Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers; these are handled directly by the PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We retain only transaction records necessary for accounting and compliance.

4. Sharing of Information

We share information with: (a) other users as necessary to facilitate collaborations (e.g. a Creator's public profile is visible to Brands); (b) service providers such as our payment gateway, hosting, and analytics providers; and (c) authorities where required by law. We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as required to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Deleting your account will remove your profile from the Platform, subject to records we must retain by law.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
