Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work on HypePanda, operated by Digistick Services Private Limited. Because HypePanda facilitates services (creative collaborations) rather than physical goods, the following terms apply.

1. How Payments Work

When a Brand accepts a collaboration, the Brand pays the collaboration amount through our payment gateway. This amount is held by Digistick as an intermediary until the Creator delivers the agreed work and the Brand approves it. Once approved, the amount (less platform commission) is released to the Creator.

2. Cancellation Before Delivery

  • A collaboration may be cancelled by mutual agreement before the Creator has delivered the work. In such cases, the amount held will be refunded to the Brand, less any non-refundable payment-gateway charges.
  • If a Creator fails to deliver the agreed work within the agreed timeframe, the Brand may request cancellation and a refund of the held amount.

3. No Refund After Delivery & Approval

Once a Creator has delivered the work and the Brand has approved it, the transaction is considered complete and is non-refundable. This is standard for creative services, as the work cannot be "returned" once produced and delivered.

4. Disputes

If a Brand believes delivered work does not match the agreed brief, the Brand should raise the issue before approving and releasing payment. Digistick will review good-faith disputes raised through the Platform and may, at its discretion, mediate. Digistick's decision in such mediation is not a substitute for legal remedies between the parties.

5. HypePanda Pro Subscription

The HypePanda Pro pass is a digital subscription granting access to Pro features for a fixed period (currently 30 days). Pro fees are non-refundable once the pass is activated, as benefits are made available immediately upon purchase.

6. Refund Processing Time

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method through our payment gateway. Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days, subject to the gateway and your bank's processing times.
